3 Mills Studios is also available as a unique venue hire option, particularly over the Christmas party season. A unique, flexible and versatile venue with over 90,000 sq. ft. of blank canvas space, there are 21 spaces ranging in looks and sizes from 280 sq. ft. to 13,500 sq. ft. We also have a 62 seat screening room, break out rooms, Grade II listed buildings, cobbled streets and a premise license until 1.00am*. We can host events of any size and scale from 20 – 1,000+ guests.
The Studios’ are situated on an historical island location just 30 minutes from central London and has excellent transport links. We also have over 200 car and HGV parking bays available on site should clients wish to transport guests to their event. 3 Mills is a dry hire venue suitable for event companies who can provide the full package for their clients – styling, AV, production, catering, event management etc. We have no exclusivity deals** so companies are welcome to bring in their preferred suppliers. The possibilities are limited only by imagination and budget.
