3 Mills Studios has over 170 production offices ranging in size from 152 sq ft to 2,700 sq ft.
Our offices are flexible spaces which have provided an ideal production base for a wide variety of productions, from the LOCOG London 2012 Ceremonies Teams to low budget independent feature films.
Offering something to suit a variety of production office needs, from a directors’ suite to a large production office. They can also be used for green rooms, costume facilities, meeting rooms etc.
All production offices come equipped with a limited number of desks, chairs, shelving units and cabinets. Heating, power points, telephone and internet lines are provided in most offices. Please note that all bookings are exclusive of utilities, cleaning, internet or telephone costs.
Bureau services are available via reception at an additional cost.

A former home, this historical building is a self contained production base.
BRIDGE HOUSE
Close to the main studio building
CLOCKMILL
Housed in a beautiful 19th century period building, there are four floors of production office space. Each floor is comprised of different sized individual offices which can be used by each production department, making it a popular and versatile building.
ROOFTOP STUDIOS
Part of the main studio building and close to the majority of Stages, particularly Stages 1, 2, 4 and 7.
LONG-TERM LETS
We also offer a range of offices available for commercial lettings.
