3 Mills Studios has become a preferred rehearsal venue for large productions, with world-renowned dance, theatre and opera companies continually hire our flexible rehearsal rooms.

Located only 7 miles from central London and easily accessible by public transport (see our location map) 3 Mills Studios is an ideal choice for production rehearsals.

We have 10 dedicated rehearsal rooms available for hire, ranging in size from 280 sq ft to 2500 sq ft.

In addition, we have 11 stages which are regularly used as large scale rehearsal stages. Stage 5 has a floor area very similar to the Royal Albert Hall and consequently offers a fantastic, versatile space for big productions.

We offer plenty of ceiling height to practise aerial work, particularly in Rehearsal Room 6, and sufficient space to house an entire orchestra. We welcome music, theatre and opera clients as well as film and television productions.

Our main rehearsal building, Rush House, is a former boiler house and historical features remain throughout, adding to its charm. The rehearsal rooms in Rush House have wooden floors, natural brick work and sky lights, and some are adjacent to showers, toilets, make up and dressing rooms and production offices.

Please note that our Rehearsal Rooms are neither soundproofed nor come with air-conditioning.
